On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Paola High School standout Kolby Wheeler’s college team lost in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Paola High School standout Kolby Wheeler’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.

The game took place at J.M. "Jake" Rubin Park. This was their first matchup against the Sailfish this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. at NSU Baseball Complex against Nova Southeastern Sharks.
