Friday, April 18: Paola High School standout Kolby Wheeler’s college team wins to Pittsburg State Gorillas

On Friday, April 18, former Paola High School standout Kolby Wheeler’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their second matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 4:15 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Pittsburg State Gorillas.
