Sunday, April 6: Waverly High School standout James Schmidt’s college team loses to Lubbock Christian Chaparrals

On Sunday, April 6, former Waverly High School standout James Schmidt’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals.

The game took place at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse. This was their second matchup against the Chaparrals this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 6 p.m. at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse against Lubbock Christian Chaparrals.
