How many people were old enough to vote in Franklin County during 2021?

Of the 25,953 citizens living in Franklin County in 2021, 76% were old enough to vote, equating to 19,732 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 9,773 were male, constituting 49.5%, and 9,959 were female, making up 50.5%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Franklin County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 75.6%.
