The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Emporia conferred 377 master's degrees and 196 bachelor's degrees in education programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in elementary education and teaching. Data shows the school gave out 132 bachelor's degrees in elementary education and teaching, followed by 122 master's degrees in library and information science and 93 master's degrees in physical education teaching and coaching.
The university enrolled 5,796 students for 2017-18, including 3,569 in undergraduate programs and 2,227 in graduate programs.
