The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kris Kobach, Kobach for Senate, refunded $400 to Thomas Tancredo on January 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kobach for Senate refunded $400 total since August 1, 2019.
